In life there are always a lot of people who can talk and give advice but few who will really do it. It痴 interesting to note how this process works and finally who really benefits from it. It痴 like people passing a ball from one person to another, but the most important person is the one who holds the ball.

Before a project starts, someone will come up with an idea. But the one who comes up with the idea may not necessary be the one who carries it out. Sometimes some people will incite you with an idea and promise to support you. And when you start working on the idea, they are no longer to be found. But now with the 礎all・in your hands you have no choice but to carry it. From that point on, you will meet people who can promise how easy things can be accomplished and they will promise you they will come back to you with all the sponsors etc. You have a dinner meeting with them (of course you pay for it) and you waited・.and you waited and you never hear from them again.

So you continue to carry the ball to another stage.

Members of your organizing committee continues to wear out. Some begins to lose heart. This continues and it may actually shake your confidence. But what is fascinating is that as each day passes, something inside you grow and you begin to realize that whatever the outcome, you are going to see it through.

When you think about it, every project, be it a function, business or life itself goes through the same process. Remember when Christopher Columbus want to set sail for the new world, nobody is willing to go along with him. Finally only prisoners on the death roll were 素orced・to go with him. Even they loose faith when days on end they were not able to see land. But Columbus held on the 礎all・and discovered a new world.

Yes, the person who finally succeeds and benefits is not the one who started the 訴dea・but the person who held it till the end. Success will go to he who outlasts the rest and not to critics or arm-chair advisors who are only good in giving all kind of advices and wrong directions.

So go ahead, make a mark, somebody痴 gonna do it, why not you ?
